SHIPPING POLICY

HUESKINB is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Hueskinb proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Provided the product you purchased is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Due to our unique product selection, your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments via an email shipping confirmation and all available tracking numbers will be provided to you

Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.

2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 2 to 4 working days for the tracking information to show.

6. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to Hueskinb as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information, or that are refused by the customer upon delivery, or that are returned to us for any reason other than replacement of a defective or incorrect item, are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

3. SHIPPING GUIDE

Please note that all shipping times are estimates

The shipping estimate does not include processing time. Shipping estimates are from the time an order ships, not from when the order is placed. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. The warehouse is closed on the weekend. Orders placed after hours on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the next business day.

7. ORDER VERIFICATION

As a fraud prevention measure, some orders may require additional authorization. If verification is necessary, Hueskinb will call the number provided to request additional information. Please provide a valid phone number and email address so that your order is not unnecessarily delayed. Please know that we will be discreet and will make no direct reference to the contents of your order. Thank you for understanding.

4. SHIPPING

All orders for products are processed and shipped out in 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

8. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Hueskinb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Hueskinb does its best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Hueskinb is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the purchaser (tariffs, taxes, etc).

10. DAMAGES

Hueskinb is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once it leaves our premises. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with proof of the damage.
